Christopher J. Williams is an Independent Director of the Company. Mr. Williams is chairman of Siebert Williams and Shank & Co., LLC, an investment banking and financial services company. Previously, Mr. Williams was chairman and chief executive officer of The Williams Capital Group, L.P. and Williams Capital Management, LLC, an investment banking and financial services firm, from the company’s formation in 1994 until it merged with Siebert Cisneros Shank to form Siebert Williams and Shank & Co. in November 2019. Prior to founding Williams Capital, he managed the derivatives and structured finance division of Jefferies & Company. He previously worked at Lehman Brothers, where his roles included managing groups in the corporate debt capital markets and derivatives structuring and trading. Mr. Williams serves on the boards of director for the Clorox Company and Union Pacific Corporation, where he is a member of the Audit Committee and the Finance Committee. He previously served on the boards of Caesar’s Entertainment Corporation from 2008 to 2019 and Wal-Mart Stores, Inc. from 2004 to 2014 Mr. Williams served as the chairman of the Board of Overseers for the Tuck School of Business at Dartmouth College until June 2018 and serves on the board of Lincoln Center for the Performing Arts. Mr. Williams holds a Bachelor of Architecture from Howard University and a Masters in Business Administration from the Tuck School of Business at Dartmouth College.
