Craig Wright serves as Head - Governance and Advisory of the Company. Prior to Magellan, Craig worked in corporate development in the UK at Rentokil Initial PLC and The Hertz Corporation, where he led a number of M&A, joint venture, restructuring and strategic projects. Craig also spent over 15 years in equities markets and investment banking, and was previously a director at Deutsche Bank, providing strategic advice to Australian companies and advising on capital raising and M&A transactions. Craig holds a Bachelor of Economics from the University of Queensland, a Graduate Diploma of Applied Finance & Investment from the Financial Services Institute of Australasia and a Masters in Applied Finance from Macquarie University.
