David J. Isaac J.D. serves as Vice President - Administration, General Counsel, Secretary of the Company. Mr. Isaac previously worked at Rockwater Energy Solutions, Inc. from 2011 to 2017 where he most recently served as Senior Vice President of Human Resources and General Counsel. While at Rockwater, Mr. Isaac led the Human Resources, HSE, and Legal functions of the organization. Prior to joining Rockwater, Mr. Isaac was the Vice President of Human Resources and General Counsel of Inmar, Inc. a private business-process outsourcing and reverse logistics firm in Winston-Salem, North Carolina.
