But not part-time glamour model gran Sharon Perkins.

The mum-of-three, who forked out £10,000 in her quest for 32MM breast implants, was snapped taking her puppies for a walk while on holiday in Bulgaria.
Clearly keen to show off the fact she's got the biggest boobs in Britain, Sharon, from Coventry, wore a low-cut pink cardigan, not bothering (or perhaps not able to) do up the top three buttons.
The 50-year-old teamed the top with a pair of slinky black leather trousers and strappy platform heels - very practical for a stroll through the countryside.

Sharon and her fiancé Carl Hamilton are in the process of renovating a farm house in the Balkan nation, funded by the cash from her divorce settlement that she didn't spend on her chest enlargement.
After splitting from ex-husband, Sharon went under the knife to transform her already-sizeable 34D boobs to an unbelievable 32MM.
She spent £4,500 of her £33,000 divorce settlement on the first surgery, which took her to a 36H.
Within six months, Sharon and Carl, a 50-year-old antiques dealer, agreed that she should go even bigger, which saw her spend another £5,500 to reach a size of 32MM.

The implants, which weighed half a stone and contain 2.6 pints of silicone each, had to be specially imported from America as they were so big.
Sharon said: “I can't get enough of my new boobs, they've completely transformed my life and they feel and look amazing.
“I love walking down the street now, they get so much attention, I love seeing people's reactions and strangers always stop me to ask questions.

“I love wearing low cut things that show off my cleavage, I paid a lot of money for my boobs and I won't be hiding them away for anybody."
Last year we told how Sharon wore a rib-crushing corset for 12 hours a day in an attempt to cinch in her waist so that her figure resembled her idol, cartoon character Jessica Rabbit.
She wanted to have the best boob-to-waist ratio in the world and managed to shrink her midriff to 24 inches, losing three stone in three months.
But Sharon wasn't satisfied, admitting: “I can’t wait to marry Carl next year, but I won’t get married unless I’ve reached my goal – a 22-inch waist, so that my body looks the best possible for our big day.”
She added: "I can't wait to get even bigger boobs, I just need to find the surgeon to do it.
"I would recommend implants and waist training to anyone who's unhappy. They've both been worth every penny and ounce of pain."
