Hailey Zenk Arrested: Hailey Zenk will be charged as an adult for the fateful crash along Moscow Mills, Missouri, which resulted in the deaths of three of her friends. Her court case was initially pushed to a hearing in August 2023 to give the prosecution more time to build their case. Upon turning 18 recently, Hailey can now be legally charged under state law as an adult and faces five felony charges.

Hailey Zenk is a Lincoln County teenager who was charged with the deaths of her three friends after a car accident. The friends were headed home after a night of drinking and smoking hemp when Zenk’s 2008 Ford Focus flew off the track and ploughed straight into a tree head-on.
Hailey will now be tried as an adult liable for the vehicle’s steering after the denial of her reprieve to be tried as a minor, as she was 17 at the time of the accident.
