James A. Dolce Jr. serves as Independent Director of the Company. Mr. Dolce has served as the Chief Executive Officer and a director at Lookout, Inc., a mobile security company, since March 2014. Prior to joining Lookout, Mr. Dolce was the Vice President of carrier market development at Akamai Technologies, Inc., a content delivery network and cloud services provider, from December 2012 until February 2014, and prior to that, he was the Founder and Chief Executive Officer at Verivue, Inc., a provider of digital content delivery solutions, which was acquired by Akamai, from 2006 until December 2012.
