Lynn Dale Davis Ph.D. serves as Independent Director of the Company. Davis serves as president and a consulting dairy nutritionist for Nutrition Professionals, Inc., a dairy nutrition and management consulting firm of which he was a founding partner in 1983. Additionally, he is a co-founder, shareholder and board member of Breeze Dairy Group, LLC, which owns three large dairy farms, Quality Roasting, Inc., a soybean processing facility, and The Heifer Authority, LLC, a dairy heifer development lot. The Board considers Dr. Davis to be qualified to serve as a director of the Company due to his extensive knowledge of the dairy industry by virtue of his experience as a consultant to dairy farms and as an owner of dairy farms.
