Scottsdale, KOMPAS.com – Mobil milik diktator terkenal Jerman, Adolf Hitler masuk bursa lelang di Scottsdale, Arizona. Ini merupakan pertama kalinya kendaraan paling bersejarah dihadirkan untuk dijual kepada publik.
Sejak pertama kali di dipajang pada Kamis (18/1/2018) mobil Mercedes-Benz 770 Grosser Offener Tourenwagen belum terjual. Bahkan, ada yang sudah melakukan penawaran sebesar 7 juta dolar Amerika Serikat atau Rp 93,4 miliar, tapi ditolak, mengutip Foxnews.com, Selasa (23/1/2018).
Itu artinya, harga jualnya bisa jadi akan lebih dari itu dan tak menutup kemungkinan bisa mencapai 10 juta dolar AS atau Rp 133 miliaran.

Sebelum melakukan pelelangan tersebut, seorang ahli valuasi mobil top klasik mengatakan kepada Fox News, bahwa mobil langka itu kemungkinan bernilai 5 juta dolar AS sampai 7 juta dolar AS, tapi angka tersebut tak termasuk nilai sejarahnya bersama Hitler.
Mobil tersebut pertama kali digunakan dan diperlihatkan kepada publik pada Oktober 1939, sebagai bagian dari iring-iringan kendaraan besar, yang mengantarkan Hitler ke Old Reich Chancellery di Berlin di depan media internasional, melansir CNBC.
Lalu digunakan lagi saat kunjungan kenegaraan oleh seorang diktator fasis Italia, Benito Mussolini pada Juni 1940. Satu bulan kemudian, Hitler menggunakannya untuk sebuah parade kemenangan setelah Nazi mengalahkan Perancis. Kegiatan lain yang dilakukan Hitler di atas mobilnya, pada saat merayakan kemenangan Jerman atas Yugoslavia dan Yunani.
