Mike Evans serves as Non-Executive Independent Chairman of the Board of the Company. Evans is a qualified actuary and has over 37 years of savings and investments experience, including 11 years on the Board of Hargreaves Lansdown plc, eight of which as Chair. Prior to being appointed Chair of M&G plc, he was Chair of ZPG plc until July 2018, and served as Senior Independent Director of Chesnara plc and a Non-Executive Director of esure plc and CBRE Global Investors UK.
