Biography

The winner of the Chuck Bednarik and the Jim Thorpe Awards in 2017, the Steeler's free safety was born on the 17th of November, 1996, in Old Bridge, New Jersey. Playing for the Marauders of St. Peter's Preparatory High School, he committed verbally to Alabama. The youngster fulfilled that commitment when he signed with them in 2015. Three years later, he finished his college career after having played 42 games for his university. Winning the College Football Playoff National Championship twice (2015 & 2017), he entered the 2018 Draft. Becoming the first safety to be drafted in 2018, he was selected by the Miami Dolphins as the 11th overall pick in Round 1. Traded to the Pittsburgh Steelers after just one full season, this unfakeable acrobat has been with them since. A hybrid FS who can also play as a SS, he offers excellent range in his play. An aggressive ballplayer, he is an asset to his team. However, this baller could still work on his jump ball and could use an improvement to his physique too.
