Benzino embarked on his professional music journey as a member of the rap group Almighty RSO. In 1996, the group released the album “Doomsday: Forever RSO”. During the same year, Benzino collaborated with Wiseguys for the album “In Tha Company of Killaz”. Mary had a career with the United States Postal Service before retiring in 1999. Benzino has two sisters named Maureen and Anita. Throughout his life, he considered Edward DeJesus to be a father figure, particularly during DeJesus’s time in incarceration. Among his siblings, Maureen pursued a career in medicine and became a medical doctor, while Anita Scott-Wilson achieved a doctorate degree in veterinary medicine from the Tuskegee Institute. Benzino also has a daughter named Coi Leray. Over the years, he has been involved in relationships with Karlie Redd and Althea Heart. Benzino and Heart had a son together in November 2015, but their engagement ended shortly after.
