Dagger in the Mist is a level 12 quest in New World. Geertie Lother tasks you with searching the Wrecks of the Grey Mist and the Dagger for jars of wine. By the end of this guide, you will learn how to complete the Dagger in the Mist quest in New World.
Dagger in the Mist Quest in New World
You will need to travel to Monarch’s Bluffs and visit two different sites. The first is The Grey Mist. Outside of the shipwreck, you will find supply stockpiles and caches. Search these supply areas until you pick up the Wine of the Grey Mist. There are Turncoat enemies nearby that may attack you while you are exploring the area. You can either try to ignore them and proceed with the quest or defeat them before looting the supply piles. Continue searching the supply caches until you get three jars of Grey Mist Wine.
Some locations where you can find the wine include:
- A supply stockpile directly in front of the shipwreck.
- A supply cache in front of the northern side of the ship.
- A supply crate south of the ship, in front of a smaller shipwreck.
The second location is The Dagger. It is located northeast of The Grey Mist shipwreck. When you arrive at the wreck, you will also find supply crates that you can loot. When you search these supply piles, you will pick up the Dagger Wine. Continue searching the supply piles until you get four jars of Dagger Wine.
Some locations where you can find the wine include:
- A supply cache in front of the large boulder, west of The Dagger.
- A supply crate directly in front of the shipwreck.
- A supply pile on the north side of the ship.
- A provisions crate underneath the stairs leading to the bottom part of the ship. You can loot the crate while standing on top of the stairs.
Once you get the Wine of the Grey Mist and the Dagger Wine, return to Geertie Lother to complete the quest.
