  2. Possess a first Degree, not below a Second Class Lower from an accredited university, in a related field
  3. Completed Your National Service.

  5. Age of 21 and not more than 35 years by 31st December.
  6. Physically and medically fit by the Prisons Service standards.
  7. Of good character, have the ability to work under pressure and difficult environment
  8. Must not be bonded.
  9. Have a minimum height of 1.67metres (5ft 6inches) for Males and 1.57 metres (5ft 2inches) for Female.
  10. Have six credits. (Not less than C6) including Core English, Core Mathematics and Core Science at WASSCE/SSSCE.
