Peter Gyenes serves as Independent Director of the Company. Mr. Gyenes served as the non-executive Chairman of the board of directors of Sophos Group plc (LSE: SOPH), a global security software company, from March 2006 until March 2020, as lead independent director from September 2012 to July 2015, and as Chairman from July 2015 until March 2020. Mr. Gyenes served as Chairman and Chief Executive Officer of Ascential Software Corporation, a market leader in data integration software, and its predecessor companies VMark Software, Ardent Software and Informix from 1996 until it was acquired by International Business Machines Corporation in 2005. Mr. Gyenes served on the board of directors of Netezza Corporation from 2008 until it was acquired by International Business Machines Corporation in 2010. Mr. Gyenes also served on the board of Lawson Software, Inc. from 2006 until it was acquired by Infor in July 2011, served on the board of EnerNoc (NASDAQ: ENOC) from 2013 until 2015, served on the board of Cimpress NV (NASDAQ: CMPR) from 2009 until 2015, served on the board of IntraLinks Holdings, Inc. from 2008 to 2017, Carbonite, Inc. (NASDAQ:CARB) from 2015 to 2019 and Sophos Group plc (LSE: SOPH), a global security software company, from 2006 to 2020. He currently serves on the boards of directors of Pegasystems Inc. (NASDAQ: PEGA), a leader in cloud software for customer engagement and operational excellence and serves as trustee emeritus of the Massachusetts Technology Leadership Council.
