How Did Seath Jackson Die?

Seath Jackson was born to Sonia and Scott Jackson in January of 1996. He had two brothers. People said that he was a nice kid who wanted to fight in the UFC. Seath liked to hang out with his many friends and go four-wheeling with his family. He also liked animals. At the time of the accident, Seath had just broken up with Amber Wright, who was his girlfriend when they were both teenagers.

On April 18, 2011, Seath’s parents said he was missing because they hadn’t heard from him. The next day, the authorities got a tip that put an end to the search in a sad way. At a flooded quarry in Ocala, Florida, they found Seath’s burned body parts in paint buckets that had been weighed down with cinder blocks. At a house in Summerfield, Florida, pieces of bones were found in a burn pit. Investigators found that Seath had been beaten and shot in the head with a.22-caliber gun before his body was burned.

Who put Seath Jackson to death?

Sometime in December 2010, Seath Jackson and Amber Wright started dating, but they broke up in March 2011. Before what happened, they had been fighting in public on Facebook. The investigation found that Amber, who was 15 at the time, began dating Michael Bargo, who was 18 at the time. William Samalot, one of Seath’s friends, later said that Michael was wrong to think that Seath had hurt Amber. So, the two teenagers didn’t like each other.

At the time, Michael, Justin Soto, and Kyle Hooper, who was 16 at the time, all lived at Charlie Ely’s house (then 20). Amber, Kyle’s sister, stayed over often. On April 19, 2011, Kyle and Amber’s mother told the police that Seath had been killed at Charlie’s house. She heard about it from Kyle. So, the police went to that house quickly because they wanted to find out who killed Seath.

The investigation showed that Michael had told Seath a week before the murder that he would kill him. Kyle was also mad at Seath because he found Seath in bed with a girl he liked. Court papers showed that Kyle sent that girl a message about killing Seath. On April 17, Michael told Kyle and the others about his plan to kill Seath. Amber would try to get Seath to come to the house, where Justin, Michael, and Kyle would attack him.

William Samalot said that he and Seath were at a friend’s house on April 17, but they went their separate ways at 9:15 PM, when Seath left to go to Charlie’s house. Amber and Seath sent each other text messages that night that showed she asked him to come over so they could work things out and get back together. Amber and Charlie were with Seath, and the three of them walked to Charlie’s house.

Then it came out that Kyle had hit Seath in the head with something hard, and Michael had shot him with a.22-caliber gun. Seath ran out of the house because he was hurt, and Amber and Charlie hid in another room. Then, Justin tackled Seath in the front yard, where Michael shot again at the 15-year-old. Seath was carried back into the house and put in the bathtub by three men.

So that Seath could fit in a sleeping bag, his kneecaps were broken. When Michael saw that Seath was still alive, he beat him up and shot him several more times, including in the face. After that, the body was put in a firepit and burned. The next morning, Michael and Justin went to a quarry in Ocala. James Havens, Amber and Kyle’s stepdad, drove them there. Seath’s body parts were put in paint buckets and thrown into the water, where they were held down by cinderblocks.

Kyle had used bleach to help Amber and Charlie clean up at the house. But there was still evidence. The.22-caliber gun was used to kill the person because a bullet from the gun was found in the body. Charlie’s DNA was found in a mixture of blood in the bathroom, and Kyle’s DNA was found in a mixture of blood that included Seath’s blood and was in the living room. Also, Michael’s DNA was found in the blood on the ceiling of the kitchen.

DNA testing showed that the bones at the quarry and the one in the firepit were from the same person. Then, it was confirmed that the remains were from Sonia and Scott’s real son. Also, Michael had told different stories to different people about how he got into a fight, killed a kid, and then burned the body. In one version of the story, he said he did it because the kid raped his sister. In another, the kid raped his girlfriend.

Where is Amber Wright at the moment?

The police quickly caught all five of them, and they all faced different sentences for their part. Both Amber and Kyle were found guilty of first-degree murder in June 2012. But Amber went back to court early in 2016 for a second trial, which also ended with the same verdict. The judge then gave her a life sentence. Charlie and Justin also got life sentences, but Charlie’s conviction was overturned in 2020, which allowed him to plead guilty to a lesser charge and get out of jail. Michael was given the death penalty because he was the person in charge. Amber is still locked up at Homestead Correctional Institution in Miami-Dade County, Florida, according to prison records.

If you remember, in one of my previous blogs, where I talked about ten of my favorite true crime documentaries and docuseries, I mentioned a series by Piers Morgan called Killer Women. I hope you all liked that blog and watched some of my picks! In this series, Piers talks to women who were found guilty of murder and sentenced to life in prison. The murder of Seath Jackson by Amber Wright was the only crime in Killer Women that really caught my attention and stood out from the rest. This terrible murder was shocking because it was the result of a strange love triangle that led to the death of 15-year-old Seath Jackson. What I find so interesting about this case is that Seath’s death may have been planned by the woman who was involved, even though she didn’t kill Seath herself.

Before he died, Seath was a normal teenager who lived in the Florida town of Summerfield. His parents said that he was friendly, outgoing, funny, and well-liked by girls. Seath started dating Amber Wright when they were both in high school. Seath’s parents didn’t think much of her because, even though she seemed like a “typical teen,” they thought she was manipulative. Amber and Seath’s relationship was bad for both of them and didn’t last long. It ended because she cheated on him. Seath was upset when he found out that Amber had been seeing 18-year-old Michael Bargo. He even challenged Michael to a fight, which Michael accepted. Even though Seath was older than the other person, it looks like he won this fight. During Amber and Seath’s breakup, they fought back and forth on social media, posting hurtful things about each other for everyone to see. Amber and Michael Bargo started dating not long after that.

Amber and Michael went to a friend’s house one night, and Michael is said to have said, “We need to kill Seath Jackson. No one likes him, so we need to kill him.” After some initial doubts, everyone agreed, and they started to come up with a plan. So the story goes, Amber was supposed to lure Seath to the house of her friend Charlie Ely, where he would be shot and tortured. Investigators later found out that Seath almost got away from this bad plan alive because he did get out of Charlie Ely’s house and almost made it to the road. But Seath was shot again and brought back inside. He was then dragged into the bathroom and shot one last time. Seath was dead after the third shot. It was said that Michael Bargo then suggested that the group break Seath’s kneecaps with a baseball bat because he wanted to find a way to put the body in a sleeping bag. Michael finally got a hammer and broke Seath’s kneecaps. He also used pliers to pull Seath’s teeth out. Investigators say that Amber, Michael, and others then burned Seath’s body like it was a party bonfire. They sat around and drank, partied, and celebrated all night.

When Seath didn’t come home or even call his parents that night, they knew right away that something was wrong. Seath’s mother knew that he would always call her to let her know where he was. When he didn’t, she called the police to report him missing. The next day, Seath’s disappearance made the local news, and while Amber Wright’s brother Kyle and mother Tracey were watching, Kyle told his mother that he knew Seath was dead and that he was involved. This made her call the police right away. Kyle was one of six teens who were arrested for killing Seath Jackson.

Whenever a suspect was being questioned, he or she was quick to blame someone else. Because of this, investigators were able to put together the whole story in the end. The plan was for Charlie Ely, Kyle Hooper, and Justin Soto to catch Seath by surprise at Charlie’s house. Amber’s job was to get him there. She sent Seath a text message asking him to meet up at Charlie’s. Seath was nervous about this because he thought Michael would “jump” him. But Amber put Seath’s mind at ease by saying, “It would just be the two of us.” As was already said, Seath was hit in the head and shot several times when he got there. The day after the murder, Michael, Amber, Charlie, Kyle, Justin, and James put Seath’s burned remains in three 5-gallon paint buckets, took them to a nearby rock quarry, and dumped them into the water. After two days, each of the six suspects was caught.

Even though the suspects were minors, they were all tried as adults in the end. At different trials, Amber Wright, Charlie Ely, and Kyle Hooper were all found guilty of first-degree murder and given life sentences without the chance to get out. James Havens was an accomplice to the murder and got ten years in prison. Justin Soto pleaded guilty and also got a life sentence. Because of his crimes, Michael Bargo was given a death sentence.

Even though Michael Bargo was the one who killed Seath Jackson, some people say that Amber was the one who was most responsible for his death. Many people have said that Seath would still be alive today if Amber hadn’t played her part and manipulated him. But no matter who planned this murder, the fact is that it was a cruel, horrible, and downright shocking crime that was done by some heartless teens.
