Stephen C. Mills serves as Director of the Company. Mr. Mills served as President from 2017 to 2020 and Executive Vice President and General Manager from 2013 to 2017 of the New York Knicks, which is owned by the Company. Prior to joining the New York Knicks, he served as a Partner at Athletes & Entertainers Wealth Management Group, LLC from 2009 to 2013, the Chief Operating Officer and Sports Business President of MSG Networks from 2003 to 2009, and in various roles at the NBA from 1984 to 2000. Mr. Mills has served as a director of MSG Networks since October 2020 and Selective Insurance Group, Inc. since September 2020 and as a Trustee of Ariel Investments since 2015. Mr. Mills has also served on the board of advisors for the Hospital for Special Surgery since 2011, as a director of Harlem Junior Tennis since 2017 and as a director of the Princeton University Varsity Club since 2010. He previously served as a trustee of USA Basketball from 1992 to 2000 and the Basketball Hall of Fame from 1992 to 2000.
