The manor, which is listed by Lillicrap Chilcott for £1.295m, is located in Tregrehan near St Austell and boasts a spa and restaurant.

Explaining its history, the selling agent said: “Boscundle Manor is believed to date from the mid-1700s and was originally a mine captain’s house constructed for the captain of the Wheal Eliza Consoles mine, one of the most prosperous tin mines in Cornwall.”
