We will see Suho Kim and his partner Javier fighting alongside Duncleos, the lava monster that had emerged from his sleep. Suho Kim encountered this monster when Ppodong was jumping rigorously to make a track on a mountain range. And just as usual, the builder will face two challenges in The Greatest Estate Developer Chapter 117.
Suho Kim has undergone many construction projects ever since he got into the fantasy world he only knew of through books. It was also thanks to his knowledge as an outsider that he understood the basics of the world and magic. Moreover, they helped pave the way for him and establish a name for himself in the world as a constructor revolutionary.
However, many developments along the way revealed some interesting things about the protagonist and the world at large. The action series took a good amount of time and care to show us what the world and its residents are made of. We didn’t get to see many of the residents as the story focused on the new characters that showed up.

The Greatest Estate Developer Chapter 117 will have the MC and his attendant fighting the lava monster. The lava monster came to fight them when the Ppodong was banging on the road to settle the rails. The constant thrashing raised the monster from its slumber and sent him on an angry spree for disturbing his sleep.
Suho Kim asked Javier to take care of the beast then and there, but Javier was hesitant about it. The monster asked that they should apologize for disturbing his sleep and waking him up this early. Javier thought it was his right to apologize in this scenario, but Suho Kim was narcissistic at the core, so he didn’t care.
This led to a fight between the two sides, with Javier no longer holding back and slashing at the monster. However, the monster is made of liquid lava, and he is hot and viscous at the same time. This made him hard to kill, and the only solution could be bringing in ice from somewhere for things to work.

The Greatest Estate Developer Chapter 116 started with the original Suho Kim accusing the fake. The original was angry beyond measure as all his life had been taken away by someone random. The action series MC gave it some thought and decided it was not worth it for him to deal with it.
When the original provoked him, he was simply ignored and then given a joking smack by Ppodong to show his powerlessness. However, Suho Kim isn’t as heartless as his mind, which is filled with thoughts of his actual parents or the originals. Suho Kim decided that he would be taking care of the road project here and get it done ASAP.
Meanwhile, this is happening, and he decides to put the original along with the rest of his monsters. The original wasn’t happy by this, but there wasn’t much he could do, just bide his time somehow and take over the body of fake. However, the original was shocked to learn that his bias toward the MC wasn’t right and that there was more to him.
