Three new stores open up

A set of new stores opened on Friday in Davenport.    Dick’s Sporting Goods, Field and Stream and Golf Galaxy are now open.   It’s part of the,”Davenport Commons Area” on Elmore Avenue north of 53rd street.   The old Dick’s location employed just 45 employees,but the new complex will have 200 employees.
