Timothy C. Gokey serves as Chief Executive Officer, Director of the Company. Mr. Gokey has been our CEO and a member of our Board. Mr. Gokey joined Broadridge as Chief Corporate Development Officer, with responsibility for the Company's growth initiatives, including sales and marketing, strategy, mergers and acquisitions, partnerships, and other growth-related activities. he served as Broadridge's Chief Operating Officer with responsibility for all Broadridge business units, technology, and operations in India. Mr. Gokey was appointed President of Broadridge in 2017. Prior to joining Broadridge, Mr. Gokey was President of the Retail Tax business at H&R Block from 2004. Previously, he was at McKinsey & Company, a global consulting firm, where he led McKinsey's North American Financial Services Sales and Marketing Practice. Mr. Gokey is a member of the board of directors of the Partnership for New York City. He has also served on the board of vestry of St. John's Episcopal Church, Cold Spring Harbor, New York.
