Timothy O'Toole biography
Timothy T. O'Toole serves as Independent Director of the Company. Mr. O’Toole served as the chief executive officer of First Group plc, a transportation company that provides rail and bus services in the United Kingdom and North America, from 2010 to 2018. He previously served as managing director of the London Underground, where his leadership in response to the terrorist attacks in July 2005 earned him a CBE from the Queen, and held various senior management roles during his 20 years of service at Consolidated Rail Corporation, including president and chief executive officer. Mr. O’Toole brings to the Board public company chief executive leadership experience in a regulated, capital intensive industry. His operational experience in safety, risk and crisis management is particularly relevant to the oversight of our business and strategy. Mr. O’Toole is a director of the National Safety Council and previously served as a director of First Group plc and CSX Corporation. Mr. O’Toole is a graduate of La Salle University and received his law degree from the University of Pittsburgh.
