Lori Vallow Daybell was charged in front of an Idaho judge last month after a court ruled that she was competent again and that her case could move forward.
After the charges were made in May 2021, Chad went to court the next year.

At 5:21 p.m., online records show that Chad Daybell was in the Fremont County Jail. He was arrested for hiding or getting rid of evidence.
Mark Means, Daybell’s lawyer, didn’t say anything about the arrest. The Fremont County Sheriff’s Office has been asked for a picture of Daybell’s mugshot.

On Tuesday morning, authorities were given a warrant to search the Daybell home on 1900 East in Fremont County, where the bodies were found.
The remains were found, but no one has been able to identify them yet, said Rexburg Police Chief Shane Turman, Assistant Chief Gary Hagen, and Fremont County Sheriff Len Humphries at a brief press conference on Tuesday afternoon.
EastIdahoNews.com says that many people say they saw several police officers pull Daybell over near his home at about 11:30 a.m.
He wore blue pants, a gray shirt with buttons, and a baseball cap. He was said to have gotten out of his silver SUV, been put in handcuffs, and driven away by police. His car was then towed away.
