Jarritos has just launched its own alcoholic hard soda and everyone wants to know where to get their hands on a can.
The Mexican soft drink brand was founded in 1950 and is known for its fizzy glass bottled beverages that come in a variety of fruity flavors.
Some of the most popular options are fruit punch, mandarin, pineapple and guava and some people use them as mixers with alcohol.
However, there’s no need to do that anymore as an alcoholic version of Jarritos has just arrived on shelves in America.

Jarritos launches Cantaritos Hard Sodas
Jarritos unveiled the new alcoholic drinks in November 2022 in collaboration with brewing company Anheuser-Busch.
The drink giant is behind some of the world’s biggest beers including Budweiser, Michelob, Stella Artois, and Beck’s.
They’re called Cantaritos, which are a popular tequila-based Mexican cocktail made with orange, lemon, and lime juice and grapefruit soda.
Jarritos’ exciting hard sodas are 5% ABV and come in two of the brand’s most iconic flavors: Pineapple and mandarin.
Like the soft drink, they are sold in six or 12-pack glass bottles, but the alcoholic version is also available in tall 25 oz cans.
Where to buy Jarritos Hard Sodas
The hard sodas are currently only available at retailers in California and Texas and just began being rolled out at stores in spring 2023.
Right now, it’s not clear when the drinks will be expanded to the rest of the US, but people in those two states should start seeing it on shelves really soon.
The drinks will be available at all shops that sell alcohol, including local liquor stores and chains like Walmart, 7 Eleven, CVS and Walgreens.
It comes just weeks after Sunny D unveiled its own alcoholic drink and High Noon just launched a tequila version of its hard seltzer.
TikTok goes gaga for new drink
People in California and Texas have shared videos of the new drinks on TikTok and everyone can’t wait to get their hands on one.
One person wrote: “I’ve got to try these!”
“I’ll never financially recover from this,” said another.
A third person added: “I’ve got adult money where to I get these?”
“My wallet side eyeing me right now,” someone else said.
Another commented: “Dreams do come true.”
