The CMT Music Awards 2022 was graced by the presence of several celebrities, and Riley Green and his date Sophia Sansone were among them.
Much to fans’ surprise, the singer, who has now led many to believe that he’s dating Sophia, posed for pictures alongside her on the red carpet.

Who is Sophia Sansone?
Sophia isn’t new to the music scene.
She is a music industry executive and artist manager, currently managing Luke and Nicole Combs.
Originally from St. Louis, she is associated with Make Wake, an artist management company.
Her official Facebook page shows that she previously served as an Associate Producer at Fox Sports Midwest.
Meanwhile, her Instagram profile is set to private, so it’s hard to tell if Sophia has posted any pictures with Riley.

Riley Green and date stun CMT Country Music Awards red carpet
While Riley hasn’t shared anything about the pretty lady by his side, the cameras manage to capture the special moment when the singer and his date walked hand-in-hand.
They both sported bright smiles while posing for the cameras.
Riley was seen in a classic black suit with his hair neatly slicked back. Sophia, on the other hand, looked stunning in a blue mini dress and hair tied in a loose fashion.
The night was also marked by Riley’s performance of Half Of Me alongside Thomas Rhett.
Fans wonder if she’s the singer’s girlfriend
Riley and Sophia’s red carpet appearance has everybody wondering if they are dating and if, in fact, she is his girlfriend.
One fan wrote in the comments under one of their videos, “Is he dating her”, while another asked: “Have you guys seen them kiss?”
Another fan of Riley’s, who doesn’t want the singer to be dating anyone, jokingly commented: “Better be a cousin”.
HITC has reached out to Riley Green for a comment about his relationship with Sophia following their red carpet appearance. But, at the time of the publishment of this article, he’s yet to respond.
